Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching can take many forms but at it's core it is a relationship built on mutual respect, trust, clear communication and a genuine desire to attain success.
If you are new to your role, a seasoned nonprofit executive, board member, or major gift officer, leadership coaching is a smart strategy.
As your coach, I'll help you clarify your leadership skills and behaviors that are important in your unique role in the organization. We will assess strengths, and identify areas you want to improve as a leader.
One-to-one coaching provides the opportunity to explore issues that you are confronting, or perhaps putting off. Ultimately, as your coach, together we will build a plan and I'll be your accountability partner. We will have fun and we will GET STUFF DONE.
The Cost/Benefit of Coaching
The cost of my basic coaching package is less than what you would pay to attend one professional conference with travel and far more beneficial. My pricing is competitive for my level of expertise and experience. Some coaches charge triple this amount and some are lower.
Regardless of the price, what is important is what VALUE you will realize from working with me or any coach.
The coaching/client fit needs to be right. But more importantly, you must be willing to be coached. If these things align immeasurable results can be realized. It will be awesome!
If you have "professional development" as a budget line item (and you should always have it!) coaching at this level delivers. There is accountability, an action plan and more importantly an investment in YOU.
Coaching offers private one-on-one attention, thought partnership and you don't even have to leave your office if you don't want to.
Besides working on personal goals, coaching can take many directions. Just to name a few, we can rev up your personal major gift strategy/portfolio, develop stronger communication with the board or boost team morale/culture.
The path we take will be unique to your situation. I don't do cookie cutter coaching, but I make some spectacular chocolate chip cookies.
